A Blanc Canvas Gallery is really a social experiment.

It officially came into being in October 2013. I did a Google search for ‘global online gallery’, to see if there were other ideas like this one – but found nothing on the scale I was thinking.

I feel as though, I am having a difficult enough time pondering what our next evolutionary steps as mankind will be. I figure, others [read: you], are probably going through the same thing. It’s a BIG question – of which we are all a part.

A Blanc Canvas Gallery – is a virtual gallery. A virtual space. A virtual place.

You can choose to express yourself here (by submitting a post) or you can just visit, read, observe, share or ponder.

Even though the blog theme chosen (Gridspace), was set up with visual posts in mind, you may feel more comfortable ‘writing’ a piece (poem or short story). Please go right ahead.

I am the owner/curator of this Gallery/blog. Managing this space and it’s content requires my time and energy, not to mention the fifty odd cents I put into paying for it.  This site will not be cluttered with ads. In this space – the gallery exhibit will stand out.

Well expressed/thought-out submissions have a place here.

I love collaboration.

I can’t do this social experiment on my own. Neither do I want to. I have been casually seeking out warm bodies for help and advice on this blog/topic when they seem engaged and interested.

So… I leave you to it. There are no timelines. This is an organic process.
